45 incited insurrection and enough Republican (in their criminal syndicate) Representatives and Senators turned a blind eye, aiding and abetting insurrection, that we now have merde l'orange 47.  All the above are eligible for Section 3 of the 14th Amendment's boot out of any, and all, public offices; forever.

Then start the prosecutions based on: Mueller, Smith, Senate Intel and House January 6th committees' reports; GA, AZ, etc... election certification chicanery; stopping CO and ME from controlling access to their own state, 2024 ballots; Review Citizens United and Presidential immunity SCOTUS decisions; forensic auditing of the million dollar (to quarter billion dollar), dark money donors (including: Russian, American and other kleptogarchs) to the Republican criminal syndicate; etc...
