Decide to invest the time, start with voting, to create and maintain the world you want to live in. If not, you’ll live in the world someone else wants. If it’s not good, get busy!

Lead by example… Be exemplary!

Do for others as you’d like others to do for you.

So far, the worst of humanity has been kept in check by the rest of humanity. Unfortunately, the worst of humanity is never completely eliminated, because only the worst of humanity would do what’s needed for that to happen.

The worst of humanity will always blame someone else… If the shoe fits, gold plate it and sell it to the gullible.

Character is what you do when no one is watching. Be your own best observer. You are, after all, responsible for all of your own actions.

If you want the best possible outcome, for as close to everyone as possible, you must pay attention and try to do what is needed as often as is required; see above.

The world becomes a better place with each, and every, single, individual effort.

Be part of a team to amplify the best efforts.

It need not always fall to you to act, but, your best effort will always help.

If at first you don’t succeed, carry on.

Perfection is a stretch goal that can’t be attained, but can be approached incrementally.

Democracy does not happen on it’s own…

Democracy is not self-sustaining…

Socialism is government working, oft with others, to create the best possible world for as close to everybody as possible.

Socialism is what made the world’s greatest economic expansion, in the USA, in the mid-twentieth century, happen.
